On December 16, 2023 the C4 Foundation will be helping Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country’s fallen heroes. Wreaths Across America has the ambitious goal every year to place a wreath on each hero’s grave.
